City busy pulsing live

Plans embedded to survive

Arteries that deliver goods

To organic neighbourhoods

Eleven are the entrances

To this royal dwelling place

By regal presence and decree

This city runs efficiently

Unborn and like a steady flame

Lordly light inside does reign

Subtly hid from city’s view

To that alone, is its life due

Control of gates bring in the best

Allow impurities not and the rest

Lord’s body worshipfully maintain,

And in His throne room Him attain

O Lord I have been careless in what I let the senses alight on, careless in disregarding Your gift of body. I see now that it is your royal city in which you live. May I ceaselessly attend to you in your royal throne room of mind.
